Image change for massage therapy

When you think of massage therapy what image comes to mind? A relaxing spa on a cruise ship or casino? While this may be true, Massage therapy has gone through an image change over the last 25 years.
Massage therapy has become a part of the health care community. The two most common reasons why people seek massage therapy are stress relief and chronic pain.
The reason clients keep coming back is because massage therapy addresses the cause of these issues. Factors that are contributing to this image change, are standards and regulations such as post graduate education, a code of ethics, and a license for therapists that pass a national boards exam.
Even some health insurance companies are choosing to include massage therapy in their coverage plans. However you don’t need to have chronic pain to benefit from massage therapy.
A once or twice a month maintenance plan will help prevent injuries, and chronic pain from occurring in the first place. It is fair to consider massage as an overall maintenance plan for your health

Is DMSO a miracle cure?

Dimethyl sulfoxide also known as DMSO is a by product of turning wood into paper. There is a vast amount of evidence that proves DMSO is a safe and effective treatment for many health problems. Whether it is whip lash, back pain, or tendinitis.

Because it is not a patentable substances, and the profits are limited there is great opposition to DMSO. It is used all around the world, and has been proven safe and effective. I prefer to use 70% DMSO mixed with aloe vera, because of the added benefits of aloe.

The reason it works so quickly is because it is able to penetrate the skin on contact, and supplement your cells with oxygen. Oxygen encourages healing anywhere in the body. It has been proven that many diseases can not survive in an oxygen rich environment. Watch this video to learn more!

Whole Food Supplements

Not all vitamins and supplements are created equal. I believe that some supplements are much better than others. In my opinion Whole food supplements are far superior to synthetic vitamins and minerals.

The reasons for this is that whole food supplements have nutrition in specific proportions as nature intended. some popular whole food supplements are chlorella, parsley, any type of sprout, and many herbs.

It is also important to buy whole food supplements that have not been pasteurized, so it will retain all of the natural enzymes. These enzymes help and aid in digestion, and other bodily functions.

Once you have the extra boost of nutrition your body will be able to operate at peak performance as it was designed
