Digestive Enzymes

When discussing nutrition, most people talk about protein, carbohydrates, and fat.

Some more advanced nutrition experts will even talk about glycemic index, food combining, eating right for your blood type, and much more.

But what about Digestive enzymes? Digestive enzymes are found in raw uncooked food. They help ease digestion and take away some of the burden on the body, caused by digestion.

There are 2 main ways to get more digestive enzymes in your body. One is to eat more raw food, and the second is to take a whole food supplement or a supplement simply called digestive enzymes.

inquire at your local health food store. Symptoms of a lack of digestive enzymes include digestive disorders, lack of energy, mental confusion, and constipation. If you are experiencing any of these symptoms you may be suffering from a lack of digestive enzymes.

Massage therapy is a great alternative for carpal tunnel syndrome

If you have ever told your medical doctor that you are suffering from symptoms of carpal tunnel, he or she likely told you to try drugs to manage pain, or even expensive surgery.

However a lot of people are becoming aware of the dangers of prescription and non prescription drugs. Massage therapy can be a safe and effective way to relieve pain from carpal tunnel syndrome.

By choosing massage as your method of relief, you are addressing the cause of your dysfunction. Carpal tunnel is an entrapment of the median nerve as it passes under the transverse carpal ligament into the wrist.

Through a combination of deep tissue massage and stretching, I will be able to address the cause of your carpal tunnel in a way that drugs and surgery can not.

Symptoms include pain, tingling, numbness, in the thumb and first three fingers. Barbers, cooks, musicians, or anyone that works with their hands are most likely to suffer from carpal tunnel syndrome. So make your appointment today if you are suffering from pain!

Natural Cleaning Products

Everyone wants to have a clean home, but how clean is your home in reality if you use toxic cleaning products. Examples of these toxic products are Bleach, benzene, chloroform, and so many others.

If you have children or pets they are particularly at risk. There are so many natural cleaning products, most of them work just as well and cost far less than the brand name toxic products. Here are examples of natural cleaning products that i use my self.

1. Essential oils- some have disinfecting properties such as oregano, basil, clove, and thyme which are all antibacterial and antimicrobial. Another is tea tree oil, which has been shown to destroy MRSA.

2.Baking soda- extremely useful and affordable. you can use it to clean jewelery or silverware. Removes mold anywhere.

3.Distilled vinegar-I use this to clean my toilets. Also great for tea and coffee pots or windows. Also a great fabric softener.

4. Lemon juice- Great at removing odors from surfaces or you hands. Works great on formica surfaces. I use it to clean reusable water bottles.

5.Salts-works great when scrubbing surfaces, because of its abrasive nature. Mix with lemon juice or vinegar.

6.Hydrogen Peroxide- Very affordable! Removes blood stains from clothes. Can be used as a bleach substitute. But more on that next time!!!

As the warmer months arrive, you maybe be concerned about fleas and ticks driving your dogs crazy. At the same time you may not want to put harsh chemicals on them.

I am holding in my hand as we speak natural flea and tick repellent, and I can tell you from real life experience that this product works just as well as the popular products.

This product contains peppermint oil, cinnamon, lemon grass, clove, and thyme. Even big chain stores such as Walmart carry these products.

If your favorite dose not carry a product like this ask for it!!

As always read the fine print when choosing a product.
