Relive your constipation with massage therapy
The typical American diet consists of processed pork for breakfast, fast food lunch on the go, and pizza or meatloaf for dinner. With this type of diet it is only a matter of time before you become constipated.
One way to change this unhealthy cycle is to change your diet to more fruit and vegetables, increase your water, and many other dietary improvements. But how can massage therapy improve your bowel function?
In the video below A massage therapist demonstrates how to perform an abdominal massage for constipation. I know from my own practice, that massage techniques can improve your constipation in as little as one session.
An improvement in bowel function can lead to more energy, less headaches, and a more clear thought process.

Digestive Enzymes
When discussing nutrition, most people talk about protein, carbohydrates, and fat.
Some more advanced nutrition experts will even talk about glycemic index, food combining, eating right for your blood type, and much more.
But what about Digestive enzymes? Digestive enzymes are found in raw uncooked food. They help ease digestion and take away some of the burden on the body, caused by digestion.
There are 2 main ways to get more digestive enzymes in your body. One is to eat more raw food, and the second is to take a whole food supplement or a supplement simply called digestive enzymes.
inquire at your local health food store. Symptoms of a lack of digestive enzymes include digestive disorders, lack of energy, mental confusion, and constipation. If you are experiencing any of these symptoms you may be suffering from a lack of digestive enzymes.
