Digestive Enzymes



When discussing nutrition, most people talk about protein, carbohydrates, and fat.

Some more advanced nutrition experts will even talk about glycemic index, food combining, eating right for your blood type, and much more.

But what about Digestive enzymes? Digestive enzymes are found in raw uncooked food. They help ease digestion and take away some of the burden on the body, caused by digestion.

There are 2 main ways to get more digestive enzymes in your body. One is to eat more raw food, and the second is to take a whole food supplement or a supplement simply called digestive enzymes.
