Hydrogen peroxide is anti-viral antibacterial and anti-fungal. It also costs less than one dollar per bottle. Hydrogen peroxide can replace so many cleaning products in your home that are causing you harm. Here are some of the ways that you can use hydrogen peroxide to protect your health!
1. Use one cap full as a mouth wash for 10 minutes per day. replaces mouth wash, and those expensive teeth whitening strips.
2. Use it to spray down counters. replaces toxic cleaning sprays
3.Use it to clean bathrooms, as it is much less harsh on septic systems.
4.Add 1 cup to a load of laundry, instead of bleach. Removes blood stains instantly.

Natural Cleaning Products
Everyone wants to have a clean home, but how clean is your home in reality if you use toxic cleaning products. Examples of these toxic products are Bleach, benzene, chloroform, and so many others.
If you have children or pets they are particularly at risk. There are so many natural cleaning products, most of them work just as well and cost far less than the brand name toxic products. Here are examples of natural cleaning products that i use my self.
1. Essential oils- some have disinfecting properties such as oregano, basil, clove, and thyme which are all antibacterial and antimicrobial. Another is tea tree oil, which has been shown to destroy MRSA.
2.Baking soda- extremely useful and affordable. you can use it to clean jewelery or silverware. Removes mold anywhere.
3.Distilled vinegar-I use this to clean my toilets. Also great for tea and coffee pots or windows. Also a great fabric softener.
4. Lemon juice- Great at removing odors from surfaces or you hands. Works great on formica surfaces. I use it to clean reusable water bottles.
5.Salts-works great when scrubbing surfaces, because of its abrasive nature. Mix with lemon juice or vinegar.
6.Hydrogen Peroxide- Very affordable! Removes blood stains from clothes. Can be used as a bleach substitute. But more on that next time!!!
